When you call our number and want to speak to someone because you have questions - you will speak to a factory trained sales person NOT a customer service person. I am in a weird position because I came of age just at the death of Corporate Age of Business and the birth of the Individual Age of Business. What I mean is the business model where everything is centered around the Brick and Mortar (think Macy's) or the Internet (Amazon). I understand both business models. If you are 20-40 you will prefer internet networking.
