For personal training, it's vital to have your client understand how to set up the camera properly, both for standing and floor work. I want a lot of light and no glare if possible. I often have asked clients to wear contrasting colors so they do not blend in with the background.
For group exercise, I'm currently teaching free classes attended by various fitness levels. It's important to choose your exercises carefully to work safely for the group. Camera setup is still crucial and being able to view everyone on one screen.
