How We Got Started
The company was started by a family father and son and family friends.
All with previous knowledge in the business and with Ford products in particular. This year I was hired to help bring on line the Commercial vehicle Center. located at 139-03 Queens Blvd Jamaica NY 11435.
I have been a commercial fleet sales representative now for over 15 years now. It is something I am passionate about and do my best to make sure my customers have the right vehicles to get a job done.

It has a very big role. and I don't mean in texting and email although they help but it needs to be face to face with phone conversation as well. I believe face to face is the most important of all especially in the beginning of the relationship.

Even though it is something that really cannot be made right I am trying to come up with the right scenario that could create a win win for me and them. It is the hope and desire that you as a sales or service rep. that you want your customers happy even if they leave you. they should be able to say they tried to do right by me or they did what they could but I will be wary. Even so call and speak to my rep there he is a good guy and will go the extra mile to make sure you get everything you need or want if he can. this is when you know you have done right with an unsatisfied customer because your efforts still allows him to refer customers to you.
