Being in real estate, I believe we will slowly get back to where we were, but with a change in a set of behaviors related to safer interaction. Real Estate itself won't change much except for more of the process will be on line, which is safer.
Our business will depend on the real estate values, And if they stay strong.
NYC Tourism isn't happening right now. Will wait for NYC to return as a world tourist destination.
Yes, definitely. Before, my business was mostly person to person and I am trying to convert to online. I'm still having trouble with Zoom. I miss seeing my clients.
We are a retail business & although we also sell on line we are dependent on walk in customers, both long time regulars from all over the world & first timers including many tourists. At this moment we are cautiously optimistic that we will eventually return to normal & that we can continue to be a destination spot for book collectors, decorators & people looking for unique gifts. We will try to increase our on line & mail order sales as well as our PR to remind people of our presence.

Definitely an inflection point, not only because of the physical changes necessitated by the pandemic, but this event brings into play the effects of the law of unintended consequenses. People are being forced to find new/alternative ways to do things and they may discover they like that way better and stick with it.
We must wait until 2021 regarding touring and income and there is nothing musicians can do about that.
