OVERVIEW

Jazz performance is based on the creativity and collaboration of teams working in sync and on individuals understanding their roles and maximizing their individual impact. The acclaimed performance and education organization Jazz Power Initiative offers a professional consulting practice called Jazz Power Pro that uses jazz music, dance and theatre to train educators and business professionals alike how to function better as effective managers and inspired teams. Jazz Power Pro also provides program and curriculum design consulting for cultural institutions drawing on decades of experience.

Jazz Power Pro workshops guide participants through a step-by-step transformational process that delivers important insights on working together while maintaining your individual voice. Participants gain new perspectives on effective management and how to unleash the talent and creativity of their teams – and of themselves – in practical ways that yield lasting positive results.
