Laura Kass is a new company, creating innovative, one-of-a-kind handwoven Jewelry + Scarves from fine fibers such as cashmere, silk, linen & qiviut in a many colors and soft textures.
Ornamental elements include precious & semi-precious stones, pearls,crystals, antique buttons, and repurposed heirloom jewelry. They are often sustainably-sourced and eco-friendly.
Each piece is surprisingly lightweight, versatile, and comfortable to wear. They are inspired by Color in all forms, especially in works of art, plants, flowers, and landscapes.
At Laura Kass, we have the ability to create a truly unique and highly customized necklace, bracelet, scarf, and styling experience. Customization is our strength, and we ensure that our customers are very happy!

I fully agree with all your ideas regarding small peer groups. Your suggestions are in complete alignment with my experiences while participating in small mastermind groups for the past three years. They have been a great way to support my business goals and grow authentically. The relationships formed have been invaluable.
Recommendations:
1. A good facilitator/moderator for each group who learns a little about each participant and fosters close connections among its members.
2. A synchronicity of drive, passion & commitment of the members in a particular group.
3. The groups should be kept relatively small, with around five to twelve members.

Cell phones should be in silent/vibrate mode during meetings to be respectful to everyone in attendance. If it's a real emergency, it's best to step out of the room to respond. This should be a policy that everyone follows, and employees may need to be reminded before a meeting. It's best when...

The most satisfying aspect of my job as a handwoven jewelry + scarves designer is when I see my customers faces light up when they receive a necklace or scarf that they love to wear and suits them perfectly. I love to see their happiness, confidence, and satisfaction with their new piece(s). I've even seen tears of joy shed when receiving my jewelry for a special occasion (wedding). I know I've done my job well!
