Lenox Hill Interior Fabrics Ltd. is located at 425 Grand St. Suite 4, New York, NY 10002, and distributes high end, high performance interior fabrics to the trade only. Some of our clients include Gachot Studios, Ashe + Leandro, Weiss Manfredi Architecture, Elizabeth Roberts Architects, Jan Showers & Associates, Stitch Above The Rest, Tina Ramchandani Creative, Debra Geller Interiors, Lucy Harris Studio, to mention some. Our prices are usually 25% to 40% less than those found at D&D building showrooms for the same fabrics. We recently added New Collection of a new large range of Seamless Semi-Sheers and Gauze fabrics, and contract use fabrics, not yet on our website. We also have a new large range of leathers and a New budget Mohair Velvet not yet on our website. We can also create a custom color for most of our fabrics for an 80 yards minimum, and for a 50 yards minimum for Mohair Velvets. Good morning, and thank you for your inquiry. Our current prices on high end, high performance interior fabrics are about 30% - 40% less than wholesale prices for the same items at the D&D building, (A source for the interior design industry) in Manhattan. We sell to the trade only, have many references, and specialize in higher end, and contract fabrics. We do provide additional discounts for certain quantities and are able to custom color any of our products for the same low prices for a 2 piece minimum.
