As a mom and HR Professional, I wanted change. I wanted to be free and continue having a career. My journey started after my son was born when I realized I was missing out on his milestones. I realized I was choosing a job (not a career) over my family. While I was trying to figure it out, I saw things in the workplace that made me question, "How much does your employer really value you?" That's when I realized I needed to go into business for myself. I started working with smaller businesses who needed additional recruitment and hr support. But while hiring, I realized I needed to do more than just support companies, I needed to support job seekers too. Once as a job seeker, I knew what it was like to be unemployed and look for work in a difficult job market. Since then, I 've had the opportunity of creating a company I have the pleasure of calling my own. Connecting with amazing clients, and hiring amazing candidates.
