About Us

I am a serial entrepreneur who has founded, scaled and sold businesses and am now sharing the tips and learnings that made me successful. My advisory helped me to sell my business to a private equity company. I now help frazzled business owners and nonprofits form advisory boards, especially to scale or exit their businesses. Having an advisory board helps small businesses become focused on their strategic plan and holds them accountable for their goals. My course, "How to Form an Advisory Board" has 8 modules that walks owners through all the things they need to have an amazing board. My "Done for You" and "Done With You" models encompass board management and board retreats. I also give presentations and speak on the topic of advisory boards. Please feel free to reach out if you need help with your board.

My podcast, "The First with Dr. Sandi Webster" gives visibility and recognition to small business owners who are blazing trails to be the first in their generation or family to become entrepreneurs, go to college, etc. Many of my guests are immigrants who are first-time entrepreneurs or college grads. You can reach me at sandi@sandiwebster.com if you feel you would like to be a guest on my podcast.

That way, I get to meet a new person and if they give me a referral, then I still meet my goal.

Getting the first client is very difficult. Most people do not want to take a chance on a new company even if they are personally connected to you.  (more) Getting the first client is very difficult.
