Igor is a very patient and informative practitioner. He has helped me bring awareness to various parts of my body, which helps a lot with keeping stress at bay. He also has a magic touch. I went in one day with an extremely tight shoulder and pain in my arm. Without actually massaging the painful area, but working with the nervous system around the shoulder, he helped relieve me of the tension and pain. I have been recommending him to everyone I know.
