STREAMING-flix.com publishes a weekly newsletter called KANBAR RECOMMENDS.com. I recommend the best films now being streamed. Each film listing includes a synopsis, running time, language it's in, ratings, excerpts from film critics, the channels streaming the films, and why I am recommending the film. I have 45 years experience as an exhibitor (President of the QUAD CINEMA) and film distribution (President of Cinemaflix DISTRIBTUTION.com). I have taught classes on film economics at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. I have appeared on panels at the Toronto Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Festival. I am also the author of two major books on film distribution: "You Finally Finished Your film. Now What?" and "A Guide to Streaming Great Films."

Caesar and Antony and Cleopatra. A tragic romance combined with a power struggle for the world set in a dystopian future (vaguely similar to the U.S.). The them is political assassination can have unintended consequences re: the conspirators thought they were saving the Republic but instead put the nails in its coffin because by eliminating Kaisaar they brought young Octavius to the fore who would outmaneuver everyone and go on to become the first Roman Emperor : the days when men and women decided their own fates had ended.
