I am the creator of the Yoga Face method for facial rejuvenation through yoga and energy work, and exercise. I am an author and content creator, beauty expert, and teacher.
How We Got Started
I started as a performer and a yoga teacher and when my face starting showing signs of aging I developed a natural method to counter facial aging through yoga and exercises.
