"Beth is one of the most accommodating, empathetic, and creative professional organizers I have met.
She realizes living in a “Pinterest-perfect” environment is rarely feasible or sustainable. I love her approach to organizing. When you hire Beth, a trusted fan will root for you and guide you to a better-organized life."

When it comes to small businesses, the only thing Chase has going for them is their online banking platform. Other than that, dealing with any of the major banks is like being in the Kafka novel The Trial or dealing with the wizard behind the curtain. They are great at charging fees and services have dwindled down to nothing in the past 10 years. They are only interested in getting new customers. They love to pierce corporate veils, which renders business entities useless. Banking as a whole has become one of the most unpleasant experiences, both on the personal and business level. Chase is one of the worst. When I asked my bookkeeper about who she recommends for business banking she said they were all terrible, but she liked Chase because of how easy they make it to import records into QuickBooks. I’m interested in becoming involved in the development of a well-designed and functioning online banking platform for credit unions and community banks.

What location, location, location is to real estate, relationship, relationship, relationship, is to business.
Sharing is caring. Too many people are focused on the outcome and forget about the process. The first step is to build trust, then focus on nurturing a relationship. Developing reliable and lasting business connections is a marathon, not a sprint.
Some excellent ways to nurture: • Meet in person. In-person networking can open doors. Plus, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise. • Be a hero. Connect a prospect with helpful people in your network that fill needs they communicate to you, but you don’t provide. • Refer them business. Do you know someone who might need your prospect’s services or products? Put them in touch. What goes around comes around. • Be generous when you are hungry. • Focus on the process of reaching a goal, not the outcome. Stop the hard-sell. • Court them and make them feel special. People are more likely to do business with someone who displays loyal and reliable behavior. • Listen! We have one mouth and two ears and should use them in that proportion. • Remember, it takes 8-12 touch points before a prospect will typically respond.

2) Build a solid foundation and make your brand and brand messaging align with your potential customers. Who? How? Why?
3) Create customer profiles. Start with you believe, examples of best customer fit based on experience, and then with a brand professional develop precise profiles of your customer base. Where do they hang out? Every industry is different and razor-sharp focus brings the highest yields. This task is an ongoing process and required updating as more information and data become available.
4) After creating your brand, align your visual branding and marketing strategies with your target audience.
5) Make marketing an ongoing investment in your business. Create a strong plan and stick to it. Nothing in today's online world happens overnight.

The #1 tip? Don't sell. Show genuine interest in the other party. After all, you are developing a relationship. Ask what they are looking for and how you would be able to help them find their ideal prospects.
