Under federal law, Title VII, your employer is required to provide reasonable accommodation for your sincerely held religious beliefs unless it would create an undue burden on them. Your state has a similar state law. I would spend some time doing research on religious discrimination in the workplace. Arm yourself with knowledge. Request a meeting in writing. Then I would speak with your boss, her supervisor and maybe the HR people if your employer has HR. If that doesn't work then it's up to you how hard you want to push the matter. Realize that every action has an opposite and equal reaction and there are often unintended consequences too.
