About Us
Concentric Care & Wellness was launched in February 2019 by Jennifer Tirillo, licensed and board certified athletic trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Range Conditioning Movement Specialist, and 200 RYT yoga instructor.
I recognize that each client brings with them a unique story. Being mindful of those past and current experiences, I select effective training strategies to reduce injury risk, improve mobility, and mitigate pain using a personalized approach.
