How We Got Started
After looking back on 17 years as an HR leader in industry, I realized that coaching managers and building initiatives to improve culture is what truly energized me. This lead me to my decision to focus on Leadership Training and Culture Transformation as the cornerstones of my consultancy. I love serving a variety of businesses and helping them create lasting change.
