As a general contractor I also hold a IICRC certificate which is the highest level for cleaning and restoration work. This allows me to offer clients flood or regular cleaning. As a probate real estate broker it allows me to help prepare homes for sale as well as flood for insurance damage. Broken pipes are a matter of time before they burst.
