My focus is on Family Law issues such as custody/visitation disputes, adoption, divorce AND Consumer Protection issues such as landlord/tenant disputes, unfair debt collections and repossessions. Depending on my caseload I will typically provide a substantial price break to low income individuals with a custody/visitation dispute.
