You need to let people know who you are. Computer or no computer people are not going to find out about you unless you obtain referrals through a good network. That is why it is important to be out in the public.

I would use a travel consultant since there is far more protection when booking through them. They usually can provide you insight as to the location and usually have traveled to most places with the tour companies.
