About Us

I'm here to help you feel connected to yourself, your community group, team and work culture.

Areas of focus include: self-care, work/life balance, work culture, anxiety, stress management, trauma recovery, athletic performance anxiety and online mindfulness training. Personalized individual & group sessions are available to support you in achieving your desired results. During COVID-19, sessions are available privately online and by phone.

How We Got Started

I was drawn to this path that I love, 18 years ago. However, the seed was planted when I was 16 years old. I practice what I teach so, everything I share with you comes from both my training and the mindfulness I practice in my own life.

I believe in keeping it simple.  Focus on your breathing, first.  Whenever I teach meditation and mindfulness to my clients, I start with this. Needless to say, I use this tip for myself too.
