We are a Independent Factory Authorized Self Servicing Dealer. We sell and service Brand New in a box, Factory covered New Scratch/Ding unboxed and Reconditioned appliances. We offer a delivery and installation team and a parts department plus two locations to serve you. Nixa Hwy 14 location and Springfield Plaza Shopping Center.
How We Got Started
I started it in Wichita Kansas 35 years ago. I wanted to raise my son in a smaller community. So I move back to the Ozarks where my family is!

I am seeing it start to hurt the service side as an update! Some older people are waiting so we’ll see how long service makes it!

For instance sometimes we need parts that are NLA or they do we end up buying a lot between appliance stores all over the US through eBay. 😀 In addition you have to build up your reputation by selling its not fast or easy but it can be done! There are scammers out there also you must have active video in our case to prove what you are selling does work or whatever the case may be. Pictures are very important and lots of details and instructions your average customer isn't going to think like you do in your skilled profession! Teach it helps customers learn and understand.
