Who is Jeff Tawney? Jeff Tawney is a seasoned hospitality and tourism professional with over 30 years of experience spanning international travel, large-scale events, and nonprofit leadership. He began his career with an international airline and major British tour operators, working in destinations such as Orlando, FL; Breckenridge and Vail, CO; Lake Tahoe, CA; and Margarita, Venezuela, gaining expertise in global travel operations and guest experiences. He later transitioned to operations roles with Destination Management Companies in Atlanta, GA, and Jacksonville, FL, planning and executing multi-million-dollar citywide conventions and events, while also working in catering. Drawn to the nonprofit sector, Jeff served as Venue Director for a well-established organization with over 135 years of history, leading operations for a decade. Most recently, he was Director of Operations at The Link in Nocatee.
