During COVID Gloriana decided to change career paths to consulting. Since then, she has used data driven approaches to unlock value and create clarity for different type and size organizations.
She has taken many different assessments over the years and that eventually led her to start Claritas Consulting & Coaching. Her desire is for people to be able to thrive at work since we spend so much of our time there.
Her coaching specialty is working with professionals that have a technical or scientific background to develop their leadership and collaboration skills.
