How have tradespeople best used Alignable to grow their businesses?

I'm still pretty new to Alingable. But I wound up getting hired for a job right after I signed up because someone recommended me. So I think there's value in Alignable as a referral source. But I haven't really put enough time or effort into this to really generate any real results from it yet.

Keep at it Jason. Work at making the relationships especially with complimentary business and the target audience you want to provide services/products to.
