WHO WE ARE
BNT Promotional Products was established in 1998 as a full-service promotional products company in North Bend/Coos Bay, Oregon by founders Scott Terhaar and Bill Burgher. With expertise in embroidery and screen-printing, along with extensive education and experience in advertising, finance, and customer service, Scott and Bill continue to lead the company supported by a professional staff with a combined total of over 130 years in the business.

Our employees are our most important asset. We seek to engage each employee in the continuous improvement of our business by recognizing their success and by rewarding them with increased responsibility and authority. Each of our employees is empowered to make decisions and act in the best interest of our customers at all times and in every instance.

OUR COMMITMENT
You are important to us. You can trust us to bring your project in on time and within budget – as witnessed by our successful, long-term client partnerships. We will put our experience and knowledge to work on your behalf whether it involves a $20 order or a $200,000 order.

WHAT WE DO
Promotional products are a high-impact, cost-effective way to advertise your business, organization or event. Promotional products are consistently popular and persistent – industry studies tell us why:
Long-lasting impression: Most people own about ten logoed items that they generally keep for six months, a far longer time period than any other form of advertising. Regardless of where they live or what language they speak, consumers consistently remember advertisers on branded items because they see their logos or wear their products day after day – on average for nearly seven months.
Likelihood to generate new business: When consumers were asked how likely they were to do business with an advertiser they hadn't previously done business with after receiving an item, over one-third (36%) said they were more likely to do business with them in the future.
Familiarity: Nearly nine in ten recipients of promotional merchandise can identify the advertiser on the item.
Cost effectiveness: Promotional products are less expensive per impression than most other forms of media. The investment in promotional products is modest, more targeted, and more achievable for smaller businesses than other forms of advertising. Promotional products have a lower cost-per-impression than prime-time television advertising, national magazine advertising and newspaper ads, and a similar CPI to spot radio and Internet advertising.

BNT Promotional Products is a proud member of ASI – the Advertising Specialty Institute. This affiliation gives you access to over 700,000 products that can carry your logo: wearables (apparel), writing instruments, bags, calendars, desk/office accessories, drinkwear, USB drives, health/safety products, as well as awards, badges, balloons, flashlights, lip balm, magnets, wristbands and everything in between. In today’s competitive and challenging business world, it is imperative that your company maintain a well-developed company image.

Graphic Design
Our in-house creative team will bring your ideas to life, creating designs for apparel and other promotional products. We also create identities for business cards, brochures, flyers, signs, banners, and much more. When you need a creative charge we bring you inspiration and results. You will work with two of the best Graphic Designers in the field – a direct, in-person link to the creative process that ensures a final product that meets your objectives.

Embroidery & Screenprint
We have carefully researched garments around the world and, considering feedback from customers, we have vendor partnerships with the best apparel manufacturers in the nation. We offer professional guidance with regard to the many brands and styles available.

We use Barudan and Tajima Embroidery machines – the two most-trusted names in the industry. That, combined with a highly experienced staff, gives you embroidery work that ranks within the 90th percentile of quality nationwide – delivered on time, on budget, and ready to wear. We have a single-head machine that we use for quick turnaround of one- or two-item orders and two six-head machines for production of very large quantities. In other words, we offer production of any size order.

Our screen print artisans take great care in producing top-notch screen printing on a wide variety of apparel. We use state-of-the-art techniques and materials to create amazing special effects – whether it’s a unique design or a corporate logo. And, our prints will stay bright wash after wash. We take great pride in our finished product – achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

To me, that is the best way to get attention for your business. Participate on local community committees and be of help to their needs. Who would not like a FREE item that is applicable in some way to their life's needs?   When you go on a trip to a seminar, take items that you hand out and gain future prospects - it even works when you go camping! Grab their attention! Give them an expectation. And secure their appreciation to obtain a longtime relation. (TCB)

The client thought about my decision for a couple days, then returned to THANK me for the insight and how I cared about their financial dependency on that car. On another occasion, another client of mine was impolite in my shop to not only me, yet toward my waiting clients. I politely explained that his attitude was not acceptable and unprofessional - so I let them know I was releasing them as a client. When I was asked for a shop to refer him to, I kindly gave him the phone book to take with him. As small businesses, we must understand there is a point where the relationship has to be broken; for the better of all involved. Not what customer service is all about, yet one must protect themselves from falling into conflicts.

As old as I am, I was raised that government operates from small business, to city, to county, to state and then federal. Not the other way around (or down). Small Business has to take care of itself, just as an individual - so, we take of ourselves, for the governments truly won't for they don't... Make sense?

So, respect and engage with your CLIENTS and choose to not have customers for they need to be your clients. Appreciate them and let them know that!
