Atlanta Holistic Mental Health & Wellness is a Holistic, Integrative, Functional, Psychodynamic Mental Health & Wellness Practice that specializes in helping individuals who wish to move past a life issue, struggle or challenge.

Atlanta Holistic Mental Health & Wellness’ mission is to be Atlanta’s Top provider of holistic mental health services to address depression, anxiety, worry, insomnia (sleep problems), self confidence, self esteem, ADHD, concentration, focus, attention, life direction, weight loss, nutrition, diet, health and wellness.

Our mission is also to be Atlanta’s Top provider of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy. We pride ourselves in being one of the few holistic mental health practices in Atlanta operated and owned by an MD with a focus on alternative, holistic and naturopathic approaches.

We are proud of the fact that we have helped thousands of clients manage mental health & wellness issues like depression, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia and addictions (nicotine addictions, etc.) without addictive medications or side effect ridden pharmaceutical agents. How We Got Started

I opened my first practice, MLC Of Greater Atlanta (Now Atlanta Holistic Mental Health & Wellness), in March of 2016. Since that time, I've opened 4 other practices (Atlanta Coaching & Hypnotherapy Associates, Atlanta Health and Wellness Coaching, Atlanta Small Business Incubator, and Atlanta Academic Achievement).

Moreover, Aside from all of the social ramifications of failing to seek or accept mental health services, the economic, psychological and emotional losses are staggering. Compared to the peers when other variables are controlled for, individuals with many cognitive and other mental health disorders and symptoms lose THOUSANDS of Dollars each year in lost economic productivity. So, I switched to Practice Fusion--but, now they have started charging; which I knew would eventually happen. Now, I have defaulted back to using Mac's iCal... ... (more) Hi! It's easy, it's part of Mac's Operating System, and it totally integrates with all of my social medial and contact systems...

And, Many EHR/EMR Vendors charge for updates, training, and licensing per computer...
