Building a team is hard thing to do because unfortunately not everyone has the same work ethics. To build a good team I would suggest doing it one person at a time and really develop that partnership before adding others

I would call some roofers that i know and send them those pictures to ask them what may need to be done and then i would refer my client to the ones that could do the service they needed.

The best thing you can do is just be yourself and develop a relationship with your customers and clients. Do the best you can to service them and don't worry about other agents and what they are doing. Just focus on your clientele and good things will happen

They need to sell it as is and do so at a lower price to accomodate the items that need to be addressed and realize they can't get the price other properties are going for if they can't be more similar to them.

There are some lead companies that the fees are not that expensive like Realty Store. They are very reasonable with a high rate of leads that you get and you can usually convert a good percentage of them. Also keep putting yourself out there with social media.

I have had success with Realty Store, Realty Bargains and some success with Zillow. But Realty Store really in the past has been the more bang for your buck.
