ACC Adult Home Care Inc. is an in-home assisted living resource for day to day functioning of the older adult, individuals with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Arthritis, or Dementia at home versus a nursing home or an assisted living facility. Our priority is to ensure those individuals safety while maintaining their maximum independent level -- enhancing their quality of life.
Whether it is a temporary need, or long term for yourself or a loved one, a registered nurse from Adult Comfort Care will meet with you to discuss a plan of care for your individual situation. We can also meet with you in your home prior to a planned surgical procedure, or in the nursing facility prior to your discharge.
