Social Superheroes Social Skills Empowerment Groups are designed for elementary aged children, first through fifth grade, with diagnoses such as ADHD, SPD, Asperger's Syndrome, High Functioning Autism and Anxiety/Mood Disorders.

This 12 session group series is based on Integrative Developmental Pediatrician Dr. Stephen Cowan's holistic health series #PowerUp. The goal of this program is to empower special-needs children by improving "embodied literacy." During the eight group sessions members will discover where there own strengths and vulnerabilities lie . They will uncover their "secret powers" and learn how to grow this power to become a "true hero" in the world. Groups are designed to increase self-awareness, self-confidence, compassion and empathy.

Groups take place in Cross River, NY

Program cost: 12sessions/$600. Price includes a parent intro session and full program curriculum.
