It is if you live in Seattle, right? But it seems to me that the bigger question is, "how can Starbucks be considered a local business when there are so many actual local coffee shops around them?"

No Starbucks is not a local coffee shop ,but when there is not a local coffee shop around Starbucks will help you get your motor running .
