Drum Fix Rx is a prescription for Rhythm, Movement, Overall Wellness and Fun. It offers two drum programs: The Healing Power of the Drum (drumming as a mindful meditation) and ¡bucketBEATography! (a Drum fitness program).

I-SHEA, founder of Drum Fix Rx, has been a drummer since she was a toddler. Drumming has been one of her tools for healing and joy. After doing some extensive research, self healing work, and teaching, I-SHEA found there was a need for these types of programs in trauma informed, healing, mental health and overall wellness spaces. She has brought these programs into mental health agencies, women centers, cultural centers, domestic violence agencies, music festivals, yoga/fitness studios, juvenile courthouse, youth development spaces, sheriffs departments, and as a professional development for educators, therapists, and psychologists.
