What is the cost of a trademark?
Answered by:
The US Patent and Trademark Office charges filing fees for each type of good or service (called “classes") that your trademark would cover. These run several hundred dollars each. You may also want to use a trademark search firm to ensure no one else is using a confusingly similar trademark. Depending on the geographic scope, these can run $1,000 and up. Our firm charges a flat fee for trademark filings. Please message me direct for more information.
