I like to get the purchasing agents and design engineers expensive bottles of liquor for Christmas. I tell them it is for all the headaches I may have caused over the year. We also get wine with custom labels that have  our logo on them.  I also bring beer , wine, cider and non acholic sparkling cider to the warehouses  and machine shops that I buy from every Christmas . For large firms we buy gifts for their functions. We also let our employees make custom cutting boards on our CNC routers that they can then give as gifts.    Instead of a party we give a healthy bonus that would cover the cost of Christmas or travel..
