He began his career as a corporate analyst for a Fortune 500 company and has held management positions with major insurance companies before starting his own agency. He is a highly skilled insurance professional who is a licensed Life and Health, and Property and Casualty agent. He has achieved his CLU, Chartered Life Underwriter, which is the highest designation in the life insurance field. He is a registered securities representative and a licensed wealth advisor. He is active in the business community and has served as Vice-President of the Darien Chamber of Commerce, and as President of the Southwestern Association of Life Underwriters in Connecticut.
