We are an Apple Authorized Reseller, an Apple Authorized Service Provider and Premium Service Provider.

We provide retail sales of new Apple products and accessories. We perform authorized service and repairs on all of Apple's products; we also provide support contracts; on and off-site support and one-on-one and small group trainings.

We aren’t just a store – TBI is a community of experts and Apple enthusiasts.

We opened in Westport, Connecticut in 1993 where we stayed for 20 years and in 2014 we moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art retail and service facility at 181 Westport Avenue in Norwalk.

This is our 25th year with the Apple community here in Fairfield County where we’ve developed a solid reputation for reliability, service, and integrity. We are proud of that.
