We offer technical support services to businesses and medical practices by visiting their office or connecting to their computers remotely.

What do we support?
We cover most of the IT equipment you can find in a business: Servers, workstations, laptops, routers, network switches, etc.

How about pricing?
Our pricing is divided into 3 main items:
1) Remote - $99 per hour (plus sales tax): A technician from our help desk will connect to your computer and assist you over the phone/email.

2) On-Site - $125 per hour (plus sales tax): Field technician(s) will travel to your place of business for in-person assistance.

3) Support Agreement – Starting at $249.55 per month (plus sales tax): Agreements bundle technical support and managed services, bringing a proactive approach instead of reactive support.

Network troubleshooting, server management, and equipment setup are the most common requests.
