What is the price difference if I buy and have on the job all materials prior to remodeling?

Hi Steve,I general if you figure materials on a new project and double it that usually works out pretty close,but you can add about 25 percent more for remodeling.a new home is about 150.00 a square foot. We usually work by the hour and everyone is usually happy. Good luck,
