But $15 as a minimum wage is going to be the death of most small businesses . Please take under consideration, all the taxes, liability insurance, food costs and much more, just to operate a business and understand that we’re trying very hard to stay open and give much needed work to others!

I have a sense that our government doesn’t have an idea of how urgent it is to, really help small businesses without a hidden agenda. Without a break on electricity, gas, water, rent and taxes, we are destined to fail! I am so thankful for our customers and the community for their support, generosity and the outpouring of love we continue to receive! But early on, I had to decide to either pay employees or paying for utilities, food cost and other expenses. Unfortunately no one is getting payed as we’re trying to keep the business alive with the hope that financial relief is coming soon. I applied for a second time, as my local bank was not able to help the first time, adding to the frustration and luck of trust in the system! At the time being, we can only rely on the continued support of our valued customers!

I don’t know what it means as far as jumps in pricing, I would say that, we really have to educate our customers to think that way! The downside to this, in my case, is that I am in close proximity to big coffee chains and I have to compete with them! Maria

For my Instore customers I offer a punch card, the incentive is, a free sandwich after they bye nine. Salad if they don’t eat sandwiches. Full sandwich and a cup of soup for $10. For catered orders though, I give them either 5 or 10 % off depending on the total amount. (more) For my Instore customers I offer a punch card, the incentive is, a free sandwich after they bye nine.
