As an essential business, we continue to work on active files and remain OPEN for new clients while working within current CDC guidelines.   We have also taken this opportunity to go back and look through some old legal files to see if there’s a need to reach out to some clients to update them on some changes in the law or to discuss new approaches or strategies in handling their legal matters going forward.   For instance,  we’ve gone back and looked through Estate Planning files where we have prepared wills, trusts and/or power of attorney documents  over five years ago.  Upon this review, we decided to reach out to some of the clients and made recommendations to update or revise these important documents.  Since many people are currently locked in in their homes,  this may be a good time for them to review their own legal documents to see if anything has changed requiring update of any of their legal documents.  Everyone stay safe and stay healthy!!!
