Our trade name has changed to Atkinson Law. We are a small firm dedicated to helping others resolve their legal issues. We love giving back to the community and engage in volunteer activities whenever possible.
Atkinson & Mentzer, LLC grew from a merger of two solo practices in 2009.
The Law Office of Yollette Prendergast Atkinson, formed in 2005, became a reality after Yollette was encouraged by a mentor, Ed Mentzer, to start her own practice so that she could be closer to home and her newborn. Her husband and partner, Les, was an employee of Ed's at the time.
After Ed's passing in 2009, The Law Office of Charles E. Mentzer was combined with Yollette's practice to form, Atkinson & Mentzer, LLC.
Effective 2019, we began using our trade name of Atkinson Law.
