Tom Holzer bought the plaza, not sure of the ultimate plans for the strip. I know originally they planned on tearing the whole thing down then last time I talked to them the were going to keep the strip with the alfaccino in it.. not sure what they’re up to now.

The property was purchased by the Ford dealer and my understanding was that the center is being torn down.  All the businesses are moving (I believe). That is why El Patio moved to 10 Mile location.

An unsolicited fax lawsuit, is my understanding.

They were in a lawsuit for sending unsolicited fax’s, and the judgement that was agreed upon was 7Million, this judgement made the business unsustainable...”ref:Oakland county times”

I have no idea. Maybe you should ask some of the neighboring businesses. :)

Didn't know they had closed.   Just called the number (disconnected).   Used to go there a lot years ago but last several times (in the last 3 years) the food was not good at all.  The decor was dark and dingy a sign that they were not doing well.

Tom Holzer Ford purchased the land to expand the dealership.  I believe the restaurant is moving.

Their rent was raised sky high.I believe Tom Holzer bought the land.
