I recommend using a referral network. Either with your Local Chamber of Commerce or BNI or other Networking organizations. This allows you to get personal recommendations from others that actually know the people they are referring.

We do not have a Number 1 way to promote our business. Our growth is due to quality customer service, loyal repeat clients and their qualified referrals.

Like many of the responses, we too are fortunate enough to have a loyal clientele base with a strong referral presence, therefore; we currently do not charge a planning fee. BUT, there have been situations where the planning fee should have been imposed, so that option is always on the table.

It is an unfortunate stereotype that people think they are going to pay more if they use a professional travel agent, which could not be further from the truth. There are some Agencies and agents that charge a "planning fee", but most do not. Our Experience and Knowledge is priceless and well...
