That is a tough one Gary. With technology as it is today you can be just as effective working from home. If you get a lot of foot traffic then an office space is critical. For the occasional client face-to-face use can always use a Starbucks or similar venue. If you have multiple employees and require coordination and supervision then an office space would be warranted.
