About Us

Spreading love, light and healing in the world by paying forward what has been passed down to me by my teachers, mentors and guides is one of my greatest joys. I’m honored and grateful to do this work which is my calling. I help people feel strong, flexible and free in their bodies, minds and spirits.

I see each person as an individual who is part of a greater whole. Everyone is unique and therefore has unique needs. Having their needs met affects the whole because individuals that are strong, flexible and balanced in body, mind and spirit, positively affect their environment, their loved ones and anyone with whom they interact.

Because each one of my clients is unique, they get a custom program. It might be a session of bodywork coupled with therapeutic exercise to help them recover from an injury and get back to doing the things they love. It can show up as helping them find joy in their bodies, minds and spirits through dance and music. It might be coaching someone through a difficult life situation and guiding them to the answers that are already inside of them, waiting to be discovered. I often share other resources such as videos, articles and books. My clients, needs, desires and individuality dictate what happens in our sessions.

I see clients virtually and in person in the East Bay. I also teach group classes virtually and in person.

How We Got Started

I call myself a multipotentialite. I chose this title because it’s a lot more concise than “Pilates Teacher, Rehabilitation Specialist, Dancer, Coach, Bodyworker, Writer, Anatomy Nerd, Spiritual Teacher…” you get the point.

I used to struggle with what to call myself because my interests and background are so varied. I’ve taken deep dives into a lot of different subjects and have had multiple occupations. I’ve danced professionally, teaching and performing in the US and internationally, have taught Pilates and various other movement modalities. practice orthopedic bodywork, energy work and transformational coaching. These are just a few of the things I’m passionate about and the main ones that are the focus of this site.

There is a saying, jack of all trades, master of none. For multipotentialites, who process information differently from the rest of the population, the more appropriate saying is jack of all trades, master of some.
