For myself -- and also speaking from my experience with my clients, Astrology is a really great tool to understand ourselves better and to align ourselves with our highest potential, and with the energies as they are moment to moment; allowing life to be in alignment with our growth process.

The Coaching is a supportive tool in releasing the "old"​ programming and conditioning that our day-to-day mind is attached to; therefore we connect to who we truly are and who we choose to be moment to moment. This creates more happiness and a greater ability for growth and evolution -- from a loving place, not a fearful one.

In addition to working one-on-one with my clients via skype, zoom, FaceTime or phone, I currently also teach online and in person courses on Soul-Based Astrology.

These courses focus on learning more about our Soul's journey, it's purpose, how we can become more whole and connect more fully to our Life's potential.

I have written monthly Horoscopes for MahalayaLife.com and the online magazine "Urban CampFire". I have recently been interviewed for my astrological insight on several internet radio shows, including "A Charmed Life", "The Reality Manifest Show" and "That's the Beauty of it All". I was also a guest on "Astrology, Numerology Now" -- a TV show hosted by Z Starman. In addition, I was the host of my own (fully sponsored) Astrology show on BiteSizeTV.

And most recently I have started to co-host a monthly episode called: "Astrology with Sonja", which is a Soulivity Today Show.

I have always loved Astrology, but when I completed my Coaches Training in 2009, I realized that I could support people on a much deeper level if I also added my knowledge of Astrology to my Coaching. I experimented with this for a couple of months and it became very quickly clear that this was a powerful combination.
