My law practice is dedicated to serving the needs of businesses, both large and small, and includes business sales and acquisitions, general civil litigation, business counseling, debtor/creditor law, business formation and receivables collection. My professional experience includes a wide range of legal document drafting and negotiation, complex commercial litigation and extensive bankruptcy experience. Examples of legal documents i have prepared and/or negotiated are leases, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, sales and purchase agreements, and stock repurchase agreements.

Carol Waite and I started this firm in 1995. Ms. Waite passes away in 2001.
