My passion is helping clients in a creative, strategic and connected way with respect to employment, labour and human rights law.

I bring high EQ and innovative approaches to assist employees in receiving justice and fairness in the workplace and to assist select employer clients with similar ethos to mine in structuring their workplaces and workforce to be productive, efficient and forward thinking.

My main goal is to focus on the client experience. I am always reachable 7 days per week and respond to every communication same day. I take a very team approach to every file. And, I offer fee structures that are flexible and reasonable.

I always strive to achieve the best result for the least amount of time, stress and cost.
