Our "Silver Lining" created a shift in connecting with companies that had interest in GPS tracking services. Prior to Covid-19, we scheduled "face to face" meetings with our prospects. With the onset of social distancing, and restrictions imposed by businesses on allowing visitors into their office buildings, our sales team made the transition to offering demonstrations of our tracking software via webinars. This has cut down on travel time, wear and tear costs, and fuel consumption and has increased the number of meetings we are able to conduct each day considerably. Covid-19 actually pushed us into this change, which has yielded positive results. Business owners are busier then ever these days, so they are far more receptive to a virtual meeting, which takes only 15-20 minutes by phone, then having to meet a salesman in person. A less intrusive approach on delivering what your company has to offer is also less stressful, for the business owner, as well as for the salesman. Web selling is a "win, win" for both parties.
