With the holiday season approaching, I just saw an article listing specific wines as possible gifts. While all those listed at various price points were good choices, I don't think wine the best wine gift.

Using the "Teach a man to fish...." example, giving a wine class networking experience as a thank you, is far better.

Which would you rather get?

With hundreds of choices, how do you choose a bottle of wine in a shop? Or in a restaurant? Do you ask for help, go with something you know or take a chance on an unknown?

How often do you find effective to post for engaging your network? I've noticed different styles, from daily posts to occasional updates. Either can keep connections alive or build new ones. Mine is an occasional hello.
