While I have seen no direct revenue from the ads (a case has not been opened resulting from a direct message as a result of my ad), my "brand" is growing.  More prospects are recognizing me at events, when I call, or through technical engagement. Ad, sponsorships, keep the playing field warm.  Find a budget that is sustainable, begin marketing, find where you're getting the most engagement.
